ImageNation Announces 2012 Summer Schedule of FREE Film Screenings + Performances (NYC)

This year marks 10 years of ImageNation Outdoors being NY’s only summer long festival exclusively dedicated to films and music from throughout the global African diaspora. They recently kicked off the 2012 season with a collaborative SummerStage showing of the highly acclaimed Brooklyn Boheme and a live performance by Brooklyn’s own Talib Kweli, Jean Grae, Pharoahe Monch, and Jah Stix in Bed Stuy’s Von King Park. 

Music Performances begin at 7:30pm and Films at 8:30pm unless otherwise noted.
